Appointments
For each appointment there is a 15 minute grace period, if the client (or stylist) exceeds 15 minutes after the appointment time, they have the right to reschedule. Kindly give 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice 50% of the service will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation, to reimburse your stylist for their time. No show appointments will also be charged.
